The Aston Martin DBX 707 is the official medical car for the 2023 Formula 1 season.

The 707-horsepower SUV has plenty of emergency equipment as well as seats and FIA-approved racing buttons. The F1 \’23 World Championship starts this weekend on Sunday, March 5, when the DBX 707 with Medic will also appear.

Not one Formula 1 driver wants to have an accident in the upcoming 2023 season. However, when the conflict has to go, the medical responders will rush to the scene in a 707 horsepower SUV – Aston Martin DBX 707, to be exact.

The FIA has today announced that it has selected the DBX 707 as the official medical car for the 23rd F1 season, which begins at the Bahrain Grand Prix this weekend, Sunday, March 5.

Painted in Aston Martin Racing Green and equipped with emergency lights on top, the healthy version of the DBX 707 sports a lot of safety and other equipment necessary to react in an emergency.

In theory, this list includes fire extinguishers and defibrillators, but residents can also hear messages from race control and get drivers’ biometric data. This helps medical responders identify the incident before they arrive.

To ensure that the emergency services will reach the scene of the accident as quickly and safely as possible, this high-end Aston SUV is driven by a professional driver.

All occupants are also strapped into FIA-approved competition seats with six-point seat belts.

For the past two Formula 1 seasons, the FIA has used the 542bhp DBX regularly as its official health car.

However, it is less powerful than the 707 models and is enhanced with standard hardware such as carbon-ceramic brakes and a nine-speed automatic with hydraulics0.

In our test, the DBX 707 hit 60 mph in 3.1 seconds and completed the quarter-mile in 11.5 seconds, 119 mph. Not too shabby for an SUV that weighs 5128 kilograms.

And the FIA government will ensure that when F1 drivers are in danger, they get the medical care they need as quickly as possible.
